Child Safety Standards Policy
Tailblaze is committed to maintaining a safe environment for all users, with a particular focus on protecting children from sexual abuse and exploitation. This policy outlines our standards and procedures to prevent Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and address Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) on our platform.
1. Prohibition of CSAE and CSAM
Tailblaze explicitly prohibits any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) on our platform. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Content depicting sexual exploitation of minors
- Grooming or attempts to sexually exploit children
- Sharing or distribution of CSAM
- Any activity that endangers or exploits children sexually
2. User Reporting Mechanism
Users can report Child Safety concerns by emailing our Child Safety Point of Contact at safety@allears.tailblaze.dog. An in-app report flow is under development and will be released in a future version of the Tailblaze mobile app.
3. Content Moderation and CSAM Handling
Upon obtaining knowledge of CSAM on our platform, Tailblaze will: Remove the content, report the content and publisher to authorities
4. Compliance with Child Safety Laws
Tailblaze complies with all applicable child safety laws and regulations. We have established a process to report confirmed CSAM to National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.

6. User Age Verification
Tailblaze's Terms of Service require users to be at least 13 years of age; users under 18 must have the permission of a parent or guardian to use the Services. Users self-attest their age at account creation. An in-app age-verification flow with stronger checks is under development and will be released in a future version of the Tailblaze mobile app.

8. Regular Policy Review
This policy will be reviewed and updated twice a year to ensure ongoing compliance with evolving regulations and best practices in child safety.
9. Training and Awareness
All Tailblaze staff involved in content moderation, product design, or user support review this Child Safety Standards Policy on hire and at least annually. Staff are trained to recognize signs of grooming, exploitation, and CSAM, and to escalate any suspected incident to our Child Safety Point of Contact and to law enforcement in accordance with this Policy.
10. Cooperation with Law Enforcement
Tailblaze is committed to cooperating with law enforcement agencies in investigations related to CSAE and CSAM. We will respond promptly to valid legal requests for information. By using Tailblaze, all users agree to comply with this Child Safety Standards Policy. Violations may result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities
